High Quality/Low Cost
Spay and Neuter Program
Find out what "Quality" really means. Our program brings you the best possible individualized care for your pet at a cost you can afford. We do not believe in cutting corners and compromising care just to reduce costs!
What do we consider a "high quality" approach to spay/neuter surgery?
We believe that every pet should have personalized care by a veterinarian and certified technician from the moment they come into the hospital, through the entire surgery and recovery, until you take your pet home.

So, our program includes:

  • A complete exam by a licensed veterinarian to assure that there are no concerns before doing surgery
  • Complete pre-anesthetic blood work to look for any red flags that could cause complications during surgery
  • A pre-anesthetic injection of pain medication to assure your pet will experience minimal pain upon recovery
  • Surgeries are done by highly qualified, experienced surgeons with a reputation for excellence
  • A Certified Veterinary Technician monitors anesthesia for the safety of your pet
  • A post-surgery injection of additional pain medication is given before the animal wakes up to assure better pain management
  • The Certified Veterinary Technician and an additional Technician Assistant monitor your pet through recovery
  • You are called following the procedure to give you an update, answer questions and alleviate any worry
  • We keep your pet for the day so that constant monitoring can be done to be sure all is well before heading home
  • You are given complete discharge instructions at an assigned discharge appointment and an opportunity to ask questions when you pick up your pet
  • A member of our staff will call the following day to check in on your pet and to answer any questions that may have arisen
  • Spay surgery patients are also given a complimentary follow-up appointment to be sure healing is going well
  • Should you have any concerns prior or post surgery, we are always willing to take your call or make a recheck appointment if deemed necessary

This is what we consider "Quality" at a reasonable cost!
